Lynn Public Health
Mayor Thomas McGee declared a state of emergency in Lynn, MA due to the COVID-19 outbreak.Lynn Public Health Dept. website will be updating regularly with advisories per City Hall.
Lynn Community Health Center is open for business, although there are restrictions in place and limited walk-in ability.
KIPP Charter School in Lynn is going fully remote for the start of the 20-21 SY. Please check their school site for more information.

𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭
Breakfast and Lunch Meals will be made available to all Lynn Public School students. The USDA has extended summer waivers that will continue to allow parents/guardians to pick up their children’s meals at distribution sites. As for now, school ID numbers will not be required for pick up. This could change as the waivers are only extended to December 31st or earlier depending on funding.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟲𝘁𝗵, 𝟭𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆:
We will distribute daily meals at the sites listed below
from 12 Noon until 2:30 PM.
𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬
We will be moving to a three day distribution schedule.
Distribution days will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Distribution times will be from 12 Noon until 2:30 PM.
(Monday and Wednesday will be two days’ worth of meals and Friday will be three days)
Meals will be offered at the following school locations throughout the City:
Aborn Elementary, Brickett Elementary, Cobbet Elementary, Connery Elementary, Classical High School, Drewicz Elementary, English High School, Ford Elementary, Harrington Elementary, Hood Elementary, Ingalls Elementary, Lincoln-Thomson, Lynn Tech (Main Building), Lynn Woods Elementary, Marshall Middle, Pickering Jr. High, Sewell-Anderson
Shoemaker Elementary, Tracy Elementary
All foodservice staff members will participate in COVID-19 training and follow strict guidelines for glove, mask and physical distancing protocols. Enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures will help assure the safest environments possible.
